CCTV recordings may be accessed by: Personnel with authorization: Only for the reasons specified in this policy. Law enforcement organizations: upon request for incident inquiry. Other organizations: If required to satisfy the business’s justifiable objectives (e.g., insurance firms). The transfer of data is subject to thorough review to ensure compliance with GDPR and to verify the validity of the request.
7. Request Procedure
To submit a request for CCTV data: Send a written request via email to support@kclinics.co.uk. Indicate when, where and when you plan to visit the CCTV-monitored property. After reviewing your request, we will get back to you in 30 days.
8. Regular Audits and Accountability
CCTV systems are regularly checked to make sure data protection regulations are being followed. KClinics Group Limited takes full responsibility for the proper use of CCTV recordings and enforces disciplinary measures in the event of policy breaches.
