KClinics
KClinics is committed to making our services, our clinic and our website accessible to everyone, including disabled people and people with additional needs. We aim to treat all clients with dignity and respect and to make reasonable adjustments so that everyone can use our services with confidence. This statement explains what we do and how to tell us if you need support.
We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Equality Act 2010, including the duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people so that they are not placed at a substantial disadvantage. We keep our facilities, communications and online services under review and welcome feedback that helps us improve.
We aim to make a visit to KClinics as comfortable and barrier-free as possible. Our team is happy to assist with arrival and moving around the clinic, to guide you to treatment rooms, and to adapt how we communicate to suit your needs. If you have specific access requirements, please tell us when you book so we can prepare for your visit and discuss any adjustments in advance.
We want our website to be usable by as many people as possible and we are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This includes aiming for clear structure and headings, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive links, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
We know our website is not yet perfect. Some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, for example certain older images may lack alternative text, some embedded or third-party content may not be fully accessible, and some documents may not be optimised for assistive technology. We are working to address these areas and will update this statement as improvements are made.
If you need information in a different format, such as large print, plain text or by email or phone, or if you need a reasonable adjustment for your visit, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We will discuss your needs with you and agree the most suitable arrangements.
If you experience any difficulty using our website or accessing our services, please let us know so we can put it right and improve. Contact us at hello@kclinics.co.uk, 020 8050 0750, or KClinics, 4 Charterhouse Buildings, Goswell Road, Clerkenwell, Islington, London EC1M 7AN. We aim to acknowledge accessibility queries promptly and respond as quickly as we can.
