These terms and conditions set out the basis on which KClinics provides aesthetic and aesthetic dentistry treatments and related services to you. Please read them carefully; by booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment, product or voucher, you agree to them. In these terms, "KClinics", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the clinic at 4 Charterhouse Buildings, Goswell Road, Clerkenwell, Islington, London EC1M 7AN, and "you" refers to the client.
We provide aesthetic treatments and aesthetic dentistry delivered by appropriately qualified and registered practitioners. Where treatment is dental in nature, it is provided in accordance with the standards of the General Dental Council (GDC). The information on our website and in our materials is provided for general guidance and is not a substitute for a personal consultation, examination or professional medical or dental advice.
Our treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. We may ask for valid photographic identification to confirm your age, and we reserve the right to decline treatment where we are not reasonably satisfied that you meet the eligibility or suitability requirements.
When you book, you enter into an agreement with us for the treatment or service selected. We may require a deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied to the cost of your treatment. Booking, deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in full in our Cancellations & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking or consultation. Payment is due in full at or before the time of treatment unless we have agreed otherwise in writing or you are using an approved payment plan. Card payments are processed securely through PCI DSS compliant payment providers; we do not store full card details.
Many treatments require a consultation and a suitability or medical assessment before they can proceed, and may require a cooling-off period before treatment is carried out. You agree to provide full, accurate and honest information about your medical and dental history, medications, allergies and any contraindications, and to tell us promptly of any change in your health. We may decline or postpone treatment if, in our clinical judgement, it would not be safe or appropriate, and you should follow all pre- and post-treatment advice we give you.
Aesthetic and dental treatments carry inherent risks and individual results vary. While our practitioners take all reasonable care and skill, we cannot and do not guarantee a particular result or outcome. Any expected benefits, risks and aftercare will be discussed with you as part of obtaining your informed consent before treatment.
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for any loss arising because you did not provide accurate information or did not follow our reasonable advice or aftercare instructions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
All content on our website and in our materials, including text, images, branding, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to KClinics and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our prior written permission.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
